The poem called "My Love" by Tasha Shores is all about love. In every other line in every stanza there is a simile. Example: " My love is like an ocean,......, My love is like a rose." In each and every stanza there is a metaphor that takes up the whole entire stanza. In the end the poem, "My Love" is a great poem that expresses the emotion of love.
